Welcome to MOVING VIBES STUDIO – Dance and Mouvement s.ar.l-s These General Conditions govern the terms of use for our services, including dance classes, workshops, and other activities offered by the studio. By participating in any of our programs, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for individuals of all ages and skill levels to explore and develop their passion for dance and movement. These conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of both the studio and its clients to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
Please read these General Conditions carefully before registering for any of our services. If you have any questions or need further clarification, do not hesitate to contact us.
General Terms
By registering for and participating in any activities at MOVING VIBES STUDIO, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Registration and Enrollment
- All participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- Registration is required for all classes, workshops, and events.
- Enrollment is subject to availability and may be limited based on class capacity.
- Payments and Fees
- All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration, unless otherwise specified.
- Payments can be made via the Momence platform accessible through the schedule page.
- Refunds are only available under the conditions outlined below (e.g., cancellations, illness, etc.).
- Class Schedule and Changes
- Class schedules are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or seasonal adjustments.
- MOVING VIBES STUDIO will notify participants of any schedule changes or cancellations via email, phone, or posted notices at the studio.
- Liability Waiver
- By enrolling in any activities, participants acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved in physical activities, and they agree to waive any liability against MOVING VIBES STUDIO for injury or loss incurred during participation.
- Photography and Video Recording
- MOVING VIBES STUDIO may take photos or videos during classes and events for promotional purposes. Participants are asked to inform the staff if they do not wish to be included.
- Amendments to General Conditions
- MOVING VIBES STUDIO reserves the right to amend or update these General Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or posted notices.
At MOVING VIBES STUDIO, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to offer flexible solutions for our participants when cancellation is necessary. Please review our detailed cancellation policy below:
Cancellations by the Participant
- Standard Cancellation
Participants may cancel their enrollment up to 24 hours before the start of a class to receive a full refund of to receive their class credit back.

Workshop Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for each workshop will be clearly outlined in the description of the workshop itself. Please refer to the specific workshop details for information on cancellations and refunds. If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to contact us.
- Cancellation for Medical Reasons for Bundles and Subscriptions
- If a participant is unable to attend due to illness or injury, they must inform MOVING VIBES STUDIO as soon as possible and provide a medical certificate.
- With a valid medical certificate, participants will be eligible for a rescheduling of their classes, based on availability. Under exceptional circumstances, a full refund will be considered.
- Late Arrival or No-Show
- Participants who arrive late for a class or workshop will not be entitled to a refund or a rescheduling of the session.
- No-shows (participants who do not attend without prior notice) will not be refunded or credited.
Cancellations by MOVING VIBES STUDIO
- Class Cancellation by MOVING VIBES STUDIO
- MOVING VIBES STUDIO reserves the right to cancel a class or workshop due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If MOVING VIBES STUDIO cancels a class, participants will be notified as soon as possible and may choose one of the following options:
- A full refund for the canceled class or workshop.
- A studio credit for the amount paid, which can be used for future classes or workshops.
- The option to reschedule the session if another date becomes available.
- Changes in Schedule or Instructor
- If there is a change in class schedule or instructor due to unavoidable circumstances, THE STUDIO will make every effort to notify participants in advance. Participants may choose to continue with the new schedule or request a refund or studio credit if the change is not suitable.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
- Force Majeure
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond MOVING VIBES STUDIO‘s control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), the studio reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule classes without liability for refunds.
- If a class is rescheduled or moved online due to force majeure, participants will have the option to attend the rescheduled session, request a studio credit, or receive a partial refund.
- Gift Certificates and Promotions
- Gift certificates or promotional discounts are non-refundable, but can be used for future purchases or classes, subject to availability.
- Non-Transferable Classes
Registrations are non-transferable; participants cannot transfer their spots to another individual without prior written approval from THE STUDIO.
Behavior
- MOVING VIBES STUDIO maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or discrimination of any kind.
- Visitors are not allowed in the rooms during activity time.
- Repeated disrespect for the premises, instructors, technical coordinators and, in general, internal rules may result in permanent exclusion from the studio.
- All food is forbidden during lessons, particularly chewing gum and sugary drinks (juice, sports drinks, soft drinks, etc.). Non sugary drinks are allowed.
- For any information, please wait until the end of the class so as not to disturb the teacher. You can always contact the studio by telephone or e-mail.
Safety
- The studio declines all responsibility in the event of accident, theft or loss of objects. Any of these events should be covered by the client’s own insurances.
- Students must avoid any accessory or behavior likely to hinder the practice of physical activities, cause accidents for themselves or for others, such as bulky jewelry, watches or the use of mobile phones during lessons. Telephone sound must strictly be turned off in the studio.
Health
- All participants are required to follow the studio’s health and safety guidelines.
- Participants must notify the studio of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect their participation.
- MOVING VIBES STUDIO reserves the right to refuse participation to any person who may present a risk to their own or others’ health and safety.
