Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga poses with the support of a suspended hammock, giving you the freedom to float, stretch, and deepen your practice in a completely unique way. The hammock provides support, making it easier to access deep stretches, improve alignment, and increase core stability. With its gentle swings and playful poses, Aerial Yoga allows you to explore inversions, improve flexibility, and build strength while reducing pressure on your joints, and offers a wonderful opportunity to release tension and calm your mind.
We offer a variety of specialized classes designed to target specific areas of the body:
- Aerial Yoga Fitness: A high-energy class combining strength, cardio, and core work, using the hammock for support and resistance.
- Aerial Yoga Stretching: A slower-paced session focused on deep stretching and flexibility, allowing you to unwind and relax while elongating your muscles.
- Aerial Yoga for Back Care: Designed specifically to target the spine, this class uses the hammock to decompress and gently stretch the back, helping to relieve tension and improve posture.
- Aerial Yin Yoga: A restorative practice where you hold poses for longer durations, deeply relaxing and stretching the body, perfect for those looking for a slower-paced, meditative session.

GYROTONIC® EXPANSION SYSTEM
GYROTONIC® EXERCISE METHOD
The GYROTONIC® AND GYROKINESIS methods aim to give freedom to the body through smooth circular and spiralling movement sequences and through a coordinated breathing. Created by Juliu Horvath, this holistic technique is inspired by Yoga, dance and Tai-chi, and is characterised by three-dimensional movements that allows the body to strengthen and stretch at the same time.
AN EXPANSION SYSTEM
The movement sequences performed on the Pulley Tower create space between the joints and decompress the spine, enhancing mobility and improving neuro and cardio vascular systems.
A practice that respects the different and natural orientations of muscles and the natural range of articulations.
The weight system allows a total freedom of the movement without shocks and in complete smoothness.

Juliu Horvath, creator of the method GYROTONIC AND GYROKINESIS®, conceived a range of specialised equipment following the idea of natural movements. GYROTONIC® equipment is highly adjustable, it can be customized to fit the unique physique and abilities of each person, adapting to such things as height, arm/leg length and range of motion.
People of all kinds take GYROTONIC® classes: Fitness enthusiasts, seniors, accomplished athletes and people recovering or suffering from a disability. A constant practice of GYROTONIC®exercises help athletes improve their performance and rehabilitation clients recover more quickly and completely after an injury. The GYROTONIC® method is practiced in groups or private classes under the guidance of a qualified GYROTONIC® trainer.
