These classes expand upon the basics of contemporary dance, focusing on dynamic movements, fluid transitions, and expressive storytelling. You’ll work on techniques such as weight shifts, floor work, and release technique, while refining your strength, flexibility, and control.

This class is thought for dancers with a little foundation on ballet. You’ll work on an easy warming up barre and focus on more complex center exercises, working on improving the alignment, sharpening balance, jumps, turns, and transitions, while also exploring musicality and the dynamics of movement. It’s all about refining your technique and find pleasure to express yourself through movement.

This is a beginners-friendly class.

The style focuses a lot on hip movement, body control, and grounded grooves.
Danced to energetic Jamaican music, is not just a dance: it’s pure energy, attitude, and connection to your body.

High Heels is a dance style that develops grace, confidence, and body awareness.
The class is suitable for any level and focuses on femininity, musicality, and strong stage presence.
We begin working without heels to build technique and strength, then move into dancing in heels.This style improves balance, posture, and body control while making you feel confident, powerful, and connected to your body.

Our Pilates classes for all levels feel just good, whether you’re looking after a chill, mindful session or something more intense. Each class is designed to target specific muscle groups and improve overall stability, with options to match your level and goals. The props make every session feel fresh and challenging, while engaging muscles in new ways.

Barre & Floor Fit is a ballet-based training method inspired by floor barre technique. It includes barre work and floor exercises designed to build muscular strength, improve postural alignment, increase joint mobility, and enhance movement control. Low-impact and suitable for all levels.

YOGA CLASSES

YOGA – STRETCH & MOBILITYIn this class we’ll release joint stiffness, find fluidity in our movement, decompress the spine and improve flexibility while engaging both large and small muscle groups. Flowing through stronger postures and deep stretches guided by the breath, this class is designed as a complement to dance and fitness trainings, while also being highly beneficial for those with a more sedentary lifestyle. Open to all levels. Music will accompany the session.

A dynamic, breath-driven practice designed for practitioners with an established Vinyasa foundation. Movement is guided by the natural rhythm of the breath, linking postures into continuous, fluid sequences that build strength, stamina, and internal heat.

As breath and movement unite, the practice challenges focus, coordination, and presence, cultivating a deeper meditative quality within the flow. Music will accompany the session.

AERIAL YOGA CLASSES

We offer a variety of specialized classes designed to target specific areas of the body:

GYROTONIC® EXPANSION SYSTEM

GYROTONIC® EXERCISE METHOD

The GYROTONIC® AND GYROKINESIS® methods aim to give freedom to the body through smooth circular and spiralling movement sequences and through a coordinated breathing. Created by Juliu Horvath, this holistic technique is inspired by Yoga, dance and Tai-chi, and is characterised by three-dimensional movements that allows the body to strengthen and stretch at the same time.
